Here we go again. I ordered this shirt, it came too big, and I wanted to return it. After months of trying to get a return authorization which AnimeWise never sent me, they fraudulently posted a fake five-star review supposedly from me! I posted a review on here complaining about the fake review and the horrible customer service I have received. They sent back an email deeply apologizing and promising a full refund for the shirt; they said I didn’t even need to return it to get the refund. The refund was going to be processed within 1-2 days; guess what? It’s been more than a week and still nothing. And to make matters even worse, they deleted my review, but kept up the fake review! This is ridiculous; please do not buy from this company. Animewise, you could seriously get sued for the way you have treated an honest customer like me, and I’m sure I’m not the only one who has gone through this.
